Masan Makina is a family owned company which was established in 1974.
Since then we design and manufacture;
- Sheet Metal Processing Dies,
- Welding, Assembling and Control Fixtures,
- Sheet Metal Parts and Components,
- Built-In Cistern Metal Frames and Stand Systems.
We work for the leading OEMs and their Tier 1 suppliers in automotive, white-goods and construction sectors with a capacity of;
- For Die and Fixture Manufacturing 70.000 man hour/year,
- For Sheet Metal Parts and Components' Manufacturing 1.000 ton/year,
- For Built-In Cistern Metal Frame and Stand Systems Manufacturing 250.000 unit/year.
Our manufacturing site is on an area of 2000m2. We have 45 employees with an avarage of 15 years work experiance and there are 4 engineers and 5 technicians in production and design departments. We use Solidworks 2008, Esprit, Cimatron and Auton CadCam software.
As the serial manufacturing principles are adapted to many areas in the company, the customer RFQ's are responded to in the shortest time possible.
Since 2000, due to our customers' requests, by using non ferreous materials, we manufacture prototype parts and their dies as well.
